Do you want to feel better in your body and have more energy in your daily routine? Do you want to get more exercise? Have you always wanted to have a holistic health check? Now is your chance! The Move & Relax philosophy of the Pletzer Resorts lays the foundations for a balanced lifestyle. Those who put their bodies under physical stress also need enough rest periods. The combination of exercise and active regeneration is written large at Das Hohe Salve.

Move & Relax is our lifestyle, our passion, our creed. Our expert Move & Relax team, with sports scientists and state-certified trainers under the direction of former professional athlete and Olympian Patrick Koller, will not only help you achieve balance, but will also be happy to advise you free of charge and without obligation. We provide you with daily exercise instructions, training methods, regeneration and nutrition tips in a professional and relaxed atmosphere. We are happy to advise you on topics such as health, well-being and vitality.

The 1,400 m² Move & Relax area offers space for your training sessions as well as well-deserved relaxation. Take a dip in one of the pools, sweat it out in the saunas or infrared cabins, or come to rest with a soothing massage or beauty treatment.

Overcome your inner temptation with the participation in a free group training with motivating like-minded people and set the first milestone for a healthier life. Furthermore, you can optimise your individual fitness, your personal relaxation and your activated well-being from a variety of services. This way, you can put together an ALL-ROUND HEALTH PACKAGE during your stay.

That is why we have furnished our 104 rooms in three categories and eight suites with great attention to detail: modern interiors with high-quality materials and first-class bed systems. Each of our rooms has its own balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Our panorama suites also offer magnificent views and have a charming French balcony, providing guests with a stylish place to linger while admiring the beauty of the surroundings. We do our best every day to ensure that every single guest has an unforgettable stay. To ensure that you enjoy complete comfort, we also offer the following free services:
