Our conference highlight
Move & Meet packages
A special offer in line with our Move & Relax philosophy. With the combination of energy cuisine and active break incl. a small movement unit, energy remains at a high level throughout the day. Fresh air kick included - on the parking deck or in the garden.
- Active break with a Move & Relax trainer: One unit lasts about 10 minutes and can be done in any clothing (e.g. suit or dress).
- Drinks in the seminar room and at lunch: No soft drinks, but selected, Austrian products as well as tap and mineral water.
- Food: For coffee breaks as well as for lunch and dinner, our chef has been inspired by nutrient-rich ingredients to create new, light dishes that keep the body & mind performing.

- 1 pinboard, 1 flip chart, 1 screen, 1 projector, 1 presentation case, paper and pen for each participant
- Morning and afternoon break
- With seasonal fruit, snacks (savoury, fruity & sweet), brain food, pretzels and pastries
- Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks
- Coffee, tea, water and juices
- Lunch & dinner
- 3-course menu or lunch buffet (min. 20 persons) with regional and international dishes
- Drinks during the meal are not included
Move & Work conference package – 1-day seminar
- Conference room (100 m²) with conferencing equipment
- Conference room can be expanded up to 200 m² for a small additional fee
- 1 pinboard, 1 flip chart, 1 screen, 1 projector, 1 presentation case, paper and pen for each participant
- Morning & Afternoon - Move & Relax - Break
- During the 10-minute active break, our trainer will get your participants moving again
- Short break with healthy, high-energy snacks - aqua fresca, nut mix, smoothie bowl, energy cookies, wholemeal rolls with country cream cheese and salmon, and seasonal fruit

Active break (additional possible unit)
Give us 10 minutes and our MOVE trainer will get your participants going ... and the seminar can continue with renewed energy, for example at the beginning of the event, after lunch to aid digestion or in the afternoon to keep the circulation going.
