A year ago, sports scientist, trainer and mountain athlete Chris Ebenbichler experienced his personal destiny. In a keynote presentation he recounts a serious accident he had and describes, which stages he had to go through to find his way out of the crisis. He provides an insight into resilience research and connects scientific theories with experiences gleaned from real life situations. In practical sessions he and sports scientist and Olympian Patrick Koller provide insights into stress management by top athletes and executives and how they can help yield an improved work-life balance by us ‘Average Joes’.
